Jay Rymeski

President/Executive Producer

Jay has worked with electronic media for over twenty years, from college through his professional career. He founded Current in 1983 with the goal of combining video and print then evolved that strategy to work on the web to meet client needs. While known for his master interviewing skills; Jay also pushes the leading edge of technology with a full range of development skills, CD/DVD based multimedia production, WWW publishing and streaming video. His awards include ITVA International Silver and Bronze, Best of the WEST, and John Muir Film Festival. An accomplished runner, kayaker and telemark skier, he spends a fair amount of time in raingear. Jay has an undergraduate degree in broadcasting and journalism and a Master’s degree in instructional design from the University of Oregon.
